About Me...
My name is Katie. I am by no means a chef, but I do need to cook for my family. I strive to do healthy, well-rounded meals. But we don't have much of a collection. When it comes time to actually plan our meals, or just cook dinner, I tend to frequently fall back on the old standbys, which are great, but I'd like to remember all those great things that I love to eat. In comes this blog. Hopefully, I'll remember to post regularly (I'm aiming for daily) of our dinners. At least the ones that I cook. My husband typically picks up cooking on the weekends. The things I post should feed a family of 6 1/2. (In a few months the baby will be eating too). Yes, there is 7 in my family, but keep in mind I do not have teenagers yet, so I'm sure I'll have to make even more in a few short years. In 2010, my family consists of:
